Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with ExxtraFitness! Every single piece of gear we offer is custom-printed and handmade just for you when you place your order. Because we operate on a custom, on-demand manufacturing model, our fulfillment process looks a little different than a traditional retail store.

Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how your order is processed and delivered.

1. Order Processing & Production Times

Before an order ships, it must be created by our production team.

  • Average Production Time: 2 to 5 business days.

  • Peak Seasons: During holidays or high-demand periods, production may take up to 7 business days.

Note: Production time is completely separate from shipping transit time. Total delivery time = Production Time + Shipping Transit Time.

2. Shipping Transit Estimates

Once your items are printed, quality-checked, and packaged, they are handed off to our reliable shipping carriers (such as USPS, DHL, or FedEx).

  • Standard US Shipping: 3 to 7 business days after leaving the production facility.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link the moment your package enters the carrier's network. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking status to update.

3. Multiple Package Shipments

We partner with specialized printing facilities to ensure you get the absolute best print quality for each specific type of apparel. If you order multiple different items (for example, a gym bag and a tank top), they may ship from different facilities and arrive in separate packages at different times.

Don't worry if your first package doesn't contain your entire order—the rest of your gear is safely on its way! You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout. We offer standard flat-rate or weight-based shipping options depending on your location and the items in your cart.

5. Address Changes & Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. Because our orders enter production almost immediately, we are rarely able to accommodate address changes after an order is placed.

  • Failed Delivery: If a package is returned to our fulfillment partner due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs required to send the item out a second time.

6. Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages

ExxtraFitness is not responsible for packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier.

  • If your tracking status shows your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please check with your neighbors, building management, or your local post office branch before contacting us.

  • If a package goes missing in transit and the tracking completely stops updating for more than 10 business days, please reach out to us at exxtrafitness@gmail.com so we can look into it and arrange a replacement if necessary.
