Return and Exchange Policy FAQ
At ExxtraFitness, every item is custom-made to order. Because we do not hold physical inventory, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing, or color selections.
However, we want you to love your gear. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, we’ve got you covered.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We offer a 30-day replacement or refund policy exclusively for items that arrive defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to report an issue.
How to report a defect:

Do not ship the item back to us.

Take a clear photo of the damage, defect, or the incorrect item received.

Email the photo along with your order number to exxtrafitness@gmail.com.
Once we verify the defect with our production team, we will happily arrange for a free replacement to be shipped to you, or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I exchange an item for a different size or color? Because each piece of apparel is custom-printed at the time of purchase, we cannot offer exchanges or returns for sizing or color changes. Please review our sizing charts carefully before placing your order.
How long do refunds take? If a refund is approved for a defective item, it will be processed automatically back to your original payment method. Most banks and credit card companies process refunds within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please reach out to us at exxtrafitness@gmail.com.
